Document and Apps Controller

Responsibilities:

1. Computer literate.

2. Good at Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other document management system software.

3. Experience in mobile Apps base software or application’s administration and implementation processes, with basic software programming knowledge.

4. Undertake administrative roles as Gate Keeper to control and monitor all documentation management system including correspondence, transmittal, incoming and outgoing documents’ register, material submission, achieving and safe keeping in both hardcopy and softcopy, ensuring proper documentation management in order according to company Quality Management System (QMS) and procedures.

5. Undertake administrative roles as Gate Keeper to control and monitor mobile based application Apps or software ensuring smooth implementation of projects or tasks assigned, including coordination with programmer or vendor for troubleshooting any data entry error during implementation by the end users.

Ensures proper operations of all I.T related system/ infrastructure such as: LAN, WAN, Email, PABX, Data server …

6. Key responsibilities to monitor implementation of company departmental Quality Management System (QMS) and procedures in accordance with company policies.

7. Assisting for company internal and external audit processes.

8. Any other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

– University graduate (Bachelor of Business Administration).

– Three (03) years of related experience in the same field is required.

– Basic computer programming knowledge, verbal and written communication skills in English.

– Detail oriented, good teamwork spirit.
