Key Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Coordinate with communication and tourist agencies to bring local and foreign tourists to Celadon City Cultural Village.
2. Prepare seasonal cultural events programs and confirm all necessary preparations are in order.
3. Post-event analysis, feedback and experience for future events.
4. Marketing Planning /Processing.
5. Marketing Strategies.
6. Market Identification/Targetting.
7. Formulation of Marketing Plans.
8. Market Trends Observation/Customers’ Behavior.
9. Direct Marketing.
10. Marketing Training.
11. Business Development.
12. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management.
University degree in Marketing/Business Administration Related Discipline.
Minimum 05 years working at the same position.
Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Press relations: Have strong & close relationships with media networks.
Good leadership & managing skills, innovative & proactive.
