Project Executive

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • To assist the Construction Manager/ Engineer on all site matter (technical or non-technical) pertaining to his designated projects/ parcel.
  • To supervise and provide On Job Training to the Site Supervisors from time to time.
  • To monitor and control the construction progress and progress billing of the project.
  • To check all construction drawings and specifications (both building and S&P Agreement); Liaise with contractors on drawing discrepancies, method statement, specification and any other technical matters.
  • To monitor and control QC Polices is carried out strictly by the Project secretary in order to achieve the required Quality Standard.
  • To ensure Site Supervisors to carry out Inspection and Testing and documented all the reports and results.
  • To attend Site Meeting and Construction, Implementation & Quality Control Meeting.
  • To attend all Authorities’ final inspection.
  • To verify work done on monthly progress claim and variation order if any.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

 

Requirement:

  • Degree in Building Engineer/ Civil Engineer or relate
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in construction and property development.
  • Good working knowledge related to construction and property development.
  • Good command in English.
  • Able communicate with all levels, assertive and initiative.
