Prestigious Accolade in the Real Estate Sector

The Vietnam PropertyGuru Awards 2025 presentation ceremony, organized by PropertyGuru Group—Southeast Asia’s leading real estate platform—took place on October 24 in Ho Chi Minh City. This is one of the most prestigious annual events in the real estate industry, celebrating outstanding developers, projects, and designs that contribute to modern, sustainable, and human-centric urban development.

At this year’s awards, Gamuda Land achieved a major triumph with a total of 13 awards, recognizing its comprehensive development capabilities ranging from master planning and architectural design to the residential living experience.

Among these, three projects—Central Park, Ambience, and Springville—brought home 11 significant awards. Specifically, Central Park (Yen So, Hanoi) was honored in 4 categories, notably "Best Luxury Condo Development (Hanoi)" and "Best Residential Masterplan Design."

Springville (Nhon Trach, Dong Nai) secured 3 awards, including "Best Townhouse Landscape Design."

Ambience (Hai Phong)—a newly launched project—made an impressive mark by winning 4 awards, highlighted by "Best Condo Architectural Design" and "Best Lifestyle Commercial Development."

Sharing his thoughts on this success, Mr. Angus Liew Bing Fooi, Chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam, expressed his gratitude to PropertyGuru for bestowing these prestigious awards upon Gamuda Land Vietnam.
