Behind this launch lies the story of a new project strategically timed as Northern HCMC enters a fresh growth cycle.
Unlike traditional kick-off events, "The Sync Show" was produced by Gamuda Land as a multi-sensory performance, interweaving sound, light, and contemporary art to tell the story of Norton Park. Key project details—from architectural design and landscaping to sales policies—were unveiled in stages, creating an energetic atmosphere among thousands of attending sales consultants.

Curated Living Standards for the Expert Community
The event took place against the backdrop of an accelerating residential market in Northern HCMC, driven by inter-regional infrastructure expansion and an upgrading industrial foundation.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Angus Liew, Chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam, emphasized that the development of new economic hubs is driving demand for high-quality living environments tailored for professionals. This serves as the foundation for developing Norton Park into a refined lifestyle destination targeting experts, managers, and engineers working in the area.
“Norton Park is positioned right at the heart of population shift trends, adjacent to the metro line and a 500-hectare international industrial park—guaranteeing sustainable residential demand. Modern experts seek a comprehensive living ecosystem right where they reside. With a commercial zone, co-working spaces, and a golf course right opposite, Norton Park is the ideal destination to live, work, and thrive,” shared Mr. Angus Liew.
Situated on the Binh Duong Boulevard (National Route 13) axis in Thuan Giao Ward, Norton Park sits within an established industrial-service ecosystem and an expanding connectivity network. Notably, the project is located right next to AEON Mall Binh Duong Canary, adjacent to VSIP I, and directly opposite Song Be Golf Resort, surrounded by international schools, hospitals, and major commercial centers.
Additionally, HCMC is prioritizing the commencement of two metro lines connecting the Binh Duong region with the city center by the end of this year, injecting further momentum into the area.

Norton Park spans 7.9 hectares and comprises 6 towers with 1,286 residential units—ranging from studios to 1–3 bedroom apartments, duplexes—alongside podium shop-houses and standalone commercial spaces.
Set in a dynamic urban district with a continuous industrial pace, the project limits its building density to just 20%, reserving the majority of the land for landscaping and amenities to serve as recharging hubs for the expert community.
The Biophilic design philosophy (bringing nature into living spaces to deepen human connection with nature) is integrated through multi-layered landscape planning, a Miyawaki forest, and the preservation of native greenery. Together, this ecosystem helps regulate the microclimate, enhance biodiversity, and offer green spaces suitable for multi-generational residents.
Amenities are distributed according to usage frequency and lifestyle needs. Everyday facilities—such as swimming pools, tennis courts, outdoor sports areas, children's zones, and pet parks—are placed at the center of residential clusters to form daily "amenity cores."
On a broader scale, the central park acts as the "community heart" of Norton Park. Plazas, golf practice areas, forest walking paths, and ecological spaces create a seamless experience that encourages healthy living and community bonding.
With its strategic location in a new growth engine and a carefully curated approach for professionals, Norton Park is set to become Gamuda Land’s next flagship development in HCMC, continuing the Malaysian developer’s legacy established in the Western and Eastern gateways of the city.
From Celadon City and Eaton Park to Norton Park: Two Decades of Shaping Urban Landmarks
Gamuda Land is the real estate development arm of Gamuda Berhad, a leading infrastructure and engineering group in Malaysia. Marking its presence in Vietnam in 2007, Gamuda Land has developed 11 integrated townships and high-rise residential projects across Hanoi, Hai Phong, Dong Nai, and HCMC.
Two decades of growing alongside Vietnam's real estate market and urban transformations have equipped the international developer with global expertise and deep local insights. Rather than applying a rigid formula, its master planning and development approach adapts to the unique characteristics of each market.
HCMC stands out as a prime example. Over 15 years ago, Gamuda Land transformed the city's Western gateway with the 82-hectare Celadon City, now home to over 6,000 families and recognized as a model township.
In the East, Gamuda Land's brand is tied to the success of Eaton Park, where nearly 2,000 luxury apartments were rapidly absorbed in a highly competitive market—demonstrating the developer's ability to read market demand and craft distinctive products.

While every location poses a unique challenge, Gamuda Land creates value through a consistent set of principles: building communities tied to urban identity, planning comprehensive living ecosystems, developing to international standards, and preserving long-term living value. These core values are reflected in strict standards—from the GQUAS construction quality assessment system to Biophilic design philosophy—turning technical specifications into refined daily living experiences.
Spanning nearly two decades in Vietnam, Gamuda Land's footprint lies not in repeating a single success formula, but in maintaining high standards while adapting continuously to market demands. This foundation empowers Gamuda Land as it steps into Northern HCMC with Norton Park, bringing international development expertise to a region rapidly upgrading its infrastructure, urban landscape, and quality of life.
This explains why the project captured significant attention right from its very first debut.
