The highlight of "Norton Park in Sync" is the multi-sensory immersive room, opening up a journey to explore nature's beauty through sound, visuals, and lighting via vivid footage projected on a 360-degree LED screen system.

The journey begins as a spring forest awakens in the early sunlight, rays filtering through tree canopies as clusters of dipterocarp (hoa dầu) flowers gradually blossom. As the seasons shift, dipterocarp fruits appear on branches before detaching and spinning gently in the wind. The image of spinning dipterocarp wings floating through the air becomes a signature motif throughout the experience, immersing visitors in a delightful "season of flying seeds" while hinting at the living journey at Norton Park.

The dipterocarp flower — a characteristic species of Southern Vietnam in general and HCMC in particular — serves as the core creative inspiration behind Norton Park. Recreating scenes of the "flying dipterocarp season" in the heart of Saigon not only evokes the familiar local beauty of the land, but also reveals the story behind the project's design language: connecting native nature with modern development thinking to build an international-standard living space.
