Gamuda Land Vietnam continued to make its mark with a community-centric orientation by winning the "Best Community Developer (Asia)" award, with standout projects including Central Park and Springville.

 

Following a rigorous selection process of top contenders from 13 countries and territories, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2025 concluded with a grand presentation ceremony at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand, on the evening of December 12, 2025.

Marking its 20th anniversary milestone, this year's Awards featured more than 90 "Best in Asia" categories, honoring exemplary developers, projects, and architectural designs. Organized annually by PropertyGuru (the parent company of Batdongsan.com.vn), the Awards reflect the group's vision of fostering vibrant communities where people live, work, and thrive in the cities of tomorrow.

 

Vietnam Affirms Its Position on the Asian Stage

Securing 14 "Best in Asia" titles, Vietnamese real estate developers clearly affirmed their growing stature at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, placing Vietnam alongside the region's leading developed markets.

A prominent highlight belonged to CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) with the title of "Best Sustainable Developer (Asia)", along with a series of honored projects such as Orchard Grand, Orchard Mansion, The Fullton, and The Orchard.

Gamuda Land Vietnam continued to score points with its community-focused strategy, taking home the "Best Community Developer (Asia)" award with flagship developments such as Central Park and Springville.

Nomura Real Estate Vietnam was named "Best International Partnership Developer (Asia)", with its project The Komorebi also recognized, underscoring the success of international collaboration in Vietnam’s real estate development.

In addition, projects from the Founder of Ecopark and KDI Holdings were also featured among the highlighted properties, completing a dynamic and diverse showcase of Vietnamese real estate at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

 

Prominent Award Winners Across Asia

Henderson Land Development Company Limited from Hong Kong (China) impressively earned the title of "Best Developer (Asia)".

With a total of 17 "Best in Asia" titles, Malaysia led the leaderboard at this year's Grand Final of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards. Indonesia followed closely with 15 titles, recognizing its strong capabilities in developing "live–work–play" communities.

Singaporean developers secured 11 awards, with UOL Group Limited named "Best Residential Developer (Asia)". Developers from the Philippines claimed 10 titles, highlighted by Robinsons Land with 4 awards, including "Best Luxury Developer (Asia)".

Thailand's developers captured 7 "Best in Asia" wins, led by Reignwood Group with its Reignwood Park project, which won "Best Mega Township Development (Asia)".

From Australia, Eterno Property Group won with its Munro House and The Newlands projects. The JY Suites Tsutenkaku project by Jean Yip Developments from Japan secured "Best Affordable Condo Development (Asia)".

Representing Sri Lanka, Home Lands Group of Companies was honored as "Best Lifestyle Developer (Asia)". From the Middle East, The Chedi Private Residences, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE by Chedi Hospitality earned "Best Branded Residential Development (Asia)".

Ms. Supaluck Umpujh, Chairwoman of The Mall Group, was presented with the PropertyGuru Icon Award by the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru Magazine, recognizing her iconic contributions to mixed-use and retail developments, most notably EM District in Bangkok.

This year's 'Best in Asia' winners represent a diverse spectrum—from iconic towers, large-scale townships, and transit-oriented developments, to high-end housing, affordable homes, and flexible living spaces. The common thread uniting these projects is a long-term vision alongside a growing commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility. Looking ahead to the next 20 years, we expect developers to continue setting new benchmarks for Asia’s sustainable real estate market."

HLB—a global network of independent accounting and advisory firms—continued to ensure the transparency and integrity of the awards. Mr. Paul Ashburn (HLB International Real Estate Group) and Mr. Sakanphon Fueangwong (HLB Thailand) supervised the entire judging process.
