"Lively atmosphere at Norton Park in Sync attracts a large crowd of participants"
In the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, thousands gathered to share moments through a diverse range of experiences at Norton Park in Sync. In the immersive multi-sensory space, vivid projections of floating dipterocarp seeds (cánh dầu bay) brought nature's journey to life through modern display technology.
Interactive games, complimentary coffee and ice cream, and an acoustic music night added to the lively atmosphere, sparking community connection and pure enjoyment.
More than just a community gathering, Norton Park in Sync conveyed Gamuda Land's philosophy of embedding international development standards and sustainable practices into Norton Park.

Located on the strategic Binh Duong Boulevard (National Highway 13) axis—adjacent to Aeon Mall, VSIP I, and Song Be Golf Resort—the project sits at the core of commercial, healthcare, and higher education hubs while benefiting from upcoming infrastructure breakthroughs, including two future metro lines connecting to Ho Chi Minh City.
On this high-potential site, rather than maximizing building density, the project focuses on delivering value through a curated living standard tailored to international experts and modern residents.
Guided by the philosophy of "Mindful Master Planning," every aspect of Norton Park—from architecture and landscape to amenities—is carefully calculated based on a deep understanding of residents' needs to elevate daily living experiences.
Across the 7.9-hectare site, six 19-story residential towers are arranged in an open-cluster layout, encircling a lush ecological core and connecting to an integrated commercial promenade. This configuration creates ample breathing room between structures, enhancing natural light and ventilation while positioning the green core and retail spine as vibrant community gathering hubs.
Understanding the demand for a private sanctuary amidst urban life, the project maintains a building density of just 20% and limits layout to 14 units per floor, prioritizing privacy and comfort upon coming home.
Mindful master planning is further reflected in a comprehensive amenity suite designed for diverse lifestyles. Swimming pools, gyms, sports courts, and entertainment rooms cater to daily rejuvenation; meanwhile, a golf practice area, forest walking trails, and yoga decks encourage wellness and community bonding.

Notably, 2.5 hectares are dedicated to landscape design, structured into multi-layered ecological zones mimicking natural forests—complete with rain gardens and wellness gardens—bringing nature into every daily moment, from morning jogs and cycling under tree canopies to relaxing outdoors.
These efforts in crafting a green sanctuary earned Norton Park the "Best Biophilic Landscape Design" award at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2026. Meanwhile, Gamuda Land was honored as "Best Developer," underscoring its consistent vision of elevating planning quality and creating sustainable, eco-friendly living spaces across generations.
Paired with mindful master planning is a rigorous quality framework applied throughout the development process. Norton Park stands out as one of the few projects in Northern HCMC's gateway area to achieve preliminary EDGE Green Building Certification (awarded by the International Finance Corporation - IFC, a member of the World Bank Group) across all six residential towers and commercial/service units.
According to the preliminary EDGE assessment report: Residential Towers: Achieve up to 31% energy savings, 27% water savings, and 39% reduction in embodied carbon in materials. Commercial & Service Products: Achieve up to 30% energy savings, 42% water savings, and 41% reduction in embodied carbon in materials.

To optimize energy efficiency, the developer optimized window-to-wall ratios, enhanced roof and floor insulation, and integrated sun-shading louvers to reduce direct solar radiation.
Plumbing and kitchen fixtures prioritize water efficiency, while construction materials are selected based on their environmental impact during production. For interiors, low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) finishes are specified to enhance indoor air quality.
In parallel, construction quality is strictly monitored under GQUAS (Gamuda Land Quality Assessment System). Every construction stage—from piling and foundation to final handover—undergoes stringent inspection following the principle of "getting it right first time and every time."
Through mindful master planning and international benchmarks, Norton Park demonstrates how Gamuda Land seamlessly embeds sustainability into every stage of development—offering a distinct appeal that fulfills immediate lifestyle needs while building a foundation for long-term living quality.
