GLAM Programme

As a GLAM’er, you will be supported through a 24-months development programme including structured workshop learning and on-the-job training through exposure to current projects in delivery and our development teams gaining experience across our business portfolios.

In our GLAM Programme, you will partner with some of our senior leaders to learn about our businesses and gain hands-on experiences in the property development industry. 

You will get to enjoy the benefits of networking opportunities, learning and development sessions and more to help build your industry knowledge. We will have opportunities for graduates in various locations including Malaysia and Vietnam.

About You

You will be a recent graduate or final year student completing studies (with a CGPA 3.40 or equivalent) in below fields or similar.

This programme is open to all Malaysian and Vietnamese graduates and must be able to commence full-time employment at our Malaysia and Vietnam offices, from January 2024 or earlier.
