Project Supervisor

Responsibilities/ Mô tả công việc:

1. Control of work execution in accordance to time, safety and quality requirement.

Kiểm soát việc thực hiện công việc theo thời gian, an toàn và yêu cầu chất lượng.

2. Monitor progress and determine action to mitigate delays and obstruction.

Giám sát tiến trình và xác định hành động để giảm thiểu sự chậm trễ và trở ngại.

3. Checking, inspection of work quality at all stages to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, specifications, drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, etc.

Kiểm tra, nghiệm thu chất lượng công việc ở tất cả các giai đoạn đảm bảo công trình được thực hiện theo đúng tiêu chuẩn hiện hành, tiêu chí kỹ thuật, bản vẽ, sổ tay vận hành và bảo dưỡng…

4. Ensure the quality records, acceptance minutes, documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.

Bảo đảm các biên bản nghiệm thu chất lượng, hồ sơ của từng hệ thống, khu vực riêng biệt được chuẩn bị và sắp xếp theo đúng yêu cầu của dự án.

5. Ensure that non conformances are being recorded and take corrective action as necessary

Đảm bảo các sự cố không phù hợp được ghi nhận và sửa chữa thích đáng

6. Assist Project Executive to highlight and resolve any discrepancies between the drawings and actual site.

Hỗ trợ Chuyên viên ghi nhận và giải quyết bất cứ những vấn đề bấc cấp giữa các bản vẽ thiết kế và thực tế công trường.

7. Monitor defects rectification work.

Theo dõi công tác thi công bảo hành.

8. Provide relevant information and reports to immediate superior regularly. Eg: daily and weekly reports.

Cung cấp thông tin có liên quan và thường xuyên báo cáo cho cấp trên. Ví dụ: báo cáo ngày, tuần.

9. Any other duties that may be assigned time to time by the Management.

Các nhiệm vụ khác được Ban Giám Đốc phân công tùy thời điểm.

Requirements / Yêu cầu công việc:

-Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Civil and Construction Engineering/ Architectual.

-Minimum 5 years working experience.

-Sound knowledge of civil engineering, principles and practices required.

-Project Supervisor certificate is required.

-Good command in English.

-Work independently and communication skills and be able to work with others in a team.

-Bằng Kỹ sư xây dựng/ Kiến trúc sư hay bằng cấp tương đương có liên quan.

-Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc.

-Kiến thức vững chắc về kỹ thuật dân dụng, các nguyên tắc và thực hành cần thiết.

-Chứng chỉ Giám sát dự án.

-Tiếng Anh thông thạo.

-Giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.
