Assist Secretary to General Director on some following tasks:

– Administration and secretarial matters (booking meeting, minute meeting…);

– Checking documents of all departments before submitting General Director and Head of Departments for approval;

– Schedule, participate in meeting with the Company’s partners, local authorities and other Depts in the Company and record the meeting minutes according to the request of General Director and Head of Departments;

– Prepare correspondences, reports, memos, procedures etc. in English and Vietnamese (if necessary);

– To be responsible for translation and interpretation from English into Vietnamese and vice versa;

– To keep up to date admin files and maintains an effective filing system.

– Organize travel, preparing travel authorization form and claims for business expenses for General Director and Head of Departments.

– Other duties requested by Management.


– Bachelor in Business Administration/English.

– 02 years of related experience in the same field in required.

– Must be PC proficient experience with Microsoft Application, verbal and written communication skills in English.

– Careful, faithful and customer service skills required.
